I just got a kernel warning with 2.0.23, as somebody was logging
out from ssh (1.2.14):

kernel: Warning: dev (04:c1) tty->count(1) != #fd's(2) in do_tty_hangup

The same error sometimes appeared with earlier kernel versions in the
2.0. series.
