Ok, I saw the thread and checked it out, interestingly enough, it
didn't drop my Linux-Alpha box. Hmm... I miss reading mail for 2 days
and a serious problem is discovered and fixxed... ;-)

Is it possible to generate those oversized packets from a unix box?
Or would you have to use raw socket access and generate the ip fragments
individually? (My guess is with the latter)

Anyway, if someone has the official patch I would appreciate it... I saw
a few around but not the one from Linus or Alan... vger seems to have
eaten it.
