FIXED: Re: Ping with a 65510 bytes pack

The problem with ping from a Win95 machine is fixed with the patch
supplied by Alan and again by Linus.

Standard 2.0.23 SMP kernel failed with a reboot.
Fixed 2.0.23 SMP kernel passed fine.

I have the tcpdump logs from a pass if anyone wants to see them.
