POSIX.4 constants in fcntl.h

Hi,

would it be possible to add the constants

O_DSYNC
and
O_RSYNC

now to the various asm-XXX/fcntl.h files, perhaps even for the 2.0.x
version? POSIX.4 defines these as required extensions. The semantic
could be implemented later but the constants should be there so that
they are visible at user level.

I could provide a description if somebody wants to implement this,
probably for ext2 only.
