Change the Developers FTP location ?

By the looks of things "we" should consider moving the Developers kernels
away from their current location and place them somewhere else. Either
there are a lot of people who can't/don't read this mailing list, or .....
Perhaps just moving the x.[13579] kernels into a "Development" directory,
or similar, might help.
[ Linus: Given that there _IS_ a problem with objdump on many people's
system, should it not be made obvious in the kernel distribution how to
fix it ? ]
