2.0.19 tty->count warning

This is for 2.0.19 (didn't get up to 2.0.20 yet).

I just found the following error message in my logfiles, two times
in around two days:

Warning: dev (04:c2) tty->count(1) != #fd's(2) in do_tty_hangup

There appear to be no ill effects so far.
