After some looking at source and head scratching, I found

I have one sony driver and make it a module...
Can I hard code the address so I don't have to do anything
extra when I load it...at one time it autoprobed, I assume all
I have to do is:
static struct cdu31a_addresses[] = { { 0x320, 0}, { } };
It probably would be preferable to have better instructions to
customize its use...
