I know nothing about the BSD utility, but this suggests a general utility
`fdstat' that would deal with files, sockets, etc. By user, filename, fd
number, interface address, etc., etc. I think most of what'd be needed is
in the proc filesystem and I also think the latest fuser source (in psmisc
version 12, unless something later has come out) would be a dandy starting
point. Not necessarily in terms of syntax, but certainly as a working
example.
