Creative Labs FUNAI 4X CDROM Support?

Hi,
I have a Creative Labs FUNAI E2750 4X CDROM, which I appears (in the
HOWTO) to qualify as one of the "some FUNAI drives are not supported"
guys. There was no specific mention of the E2750 in the docs that I have,
but the E2550 was mentioned (don't recall what it said about that at the
moment, sorry). Any idea on when? Is there a technical hitch?
(Works under MS-Windows).
