if you have a vt100-terminal or a LAN, you could reboot remotely.

yeah. i have tried 1.99.10 and 1.99.11 and experience total keyboard locks,
console switching does not work anymore. 1.99.9 works, and under m$dos,
the keyboard is okay, too.
