I have a

eth0: DC21041 at e400 (PCI bus 0, device 10), h/w address 00:00:c0:c2:e7:c6,
and requires IRQ10 (provided by PCI BIOS).

and get those messages:

Socket destroy delayed (r=0 w=0)
Socket destroy delayed (r=0 w=208)
Socket destroy delayed (r=0 w=208)
Socket destroy delayed (r=0 w=224)

I reported that. I have to admit that I cannot reproduce the error on my
home machine (an old 486). [The server at university is too important to
risk a disk-crash.]
