fcntl_setlck() called by process 1234 with broken flock() emulation

Since upgrading to 1.3.95, I get these messages quite frequently;
among the culprits seems to be something in my login process (at
least it's the process number).

What is this? An kindly kernel warning that some programs have
been broken all along, or something fishy in .95?
