Ramdisk driver hard limit is too low

I cast my vote in favor of fixing this. The hard limit on a
dynamically growing object is non-intuitive, and the ability of gzip
-9 to compress so well means this limit can be reached in well under
a single 1.44MB floppy (with a Linux kernel taking up the first 350
blocks).
