Typo correction patch

Here's a typo/spelling correction patch. The fs/dquot.c ones are the
messages that users see written to /dev/tty when they exceed their
quotas, so they really need to go in. It's against 1.3.85, but I've
checked patches 86--89 and they don't fix them.
