Ether 3com 3c590 pci:
I have two of these ethernets on this machine.
Everything works fine until (seems) the ether has to transfer a load of
data, ie:
1) when I run "find /" from an rlogin connection.
2) when the httpd daemon on this machine has to transfer a big gif image.
My syslog is full of:
kernel: eth0: transmit timed out, tx_status 00 status e000.
socket destroy delayed:
this message is repeated many many times in syslog
Maybe has a relationship with the ether problem ?
