NB, tytso: did you get my mail re the Comtrol driver and modem control?=
The
problem is that if you open the driver in nonblocking mode, clear
nonblocking, and talk to it, it returns an error if DCD is low at the
moment. The normal serial port returns an error if DCD _drops_, which m=
akes
a lot more sense. For instance, the Comtrol behavior prevents me from
dialing out with uucico on the dialin port.
