I'd add in a long standing bug in /proc/self/statm whereby the
reported RSS of a process does not agree with that in /proc/self/stat.
This causes "ps -axm" to produce an incorrect report, among other things.

I think this would be easy to fix for someone who understands the
internals of Linux memory management.
