Hmm... odd. PPP connections seem to work fine for me with
one caveat. I use kerneld's "demand dialing" feature to set
up the PPP connection. With 1.3.75 and kerneld from the new
modules-1.3.69c package this no longer works. I can still
use my old (and lately unused) 'ppp-on' script and PPP
works as it should.

I haven't had time yet to see if it's the 1.3.75 kernel or
kerneld from modules-1.3.69c that's causing the problem.
