I've had one mysterious X crash. It came when I pressed an arrow key
in the olvwm Virtual Desktop (an operation that I've performed
many thousands of times previously). No coredump, no oops, no log
messages, the X Server just froze and disappeared, to be restarted by
init.
I'm still getting Socket destroy delayed messages. The first occasion
was when I was fiddling around with a modem.

The Socket destroy delayed messages persisted until I rebooted the
machine. During this period the modem would pick up the phone, but
would refuse to disconnect when the line was dropped at the other end.
I got another round of them this morning: (No other error messages
in the log after boot ~2am).

I'm running CERN HTTPD 3.0 (compiled and linked against 1.2.13 kernel
sources).
