What a lousy name "Plug-and-Play" is <sigh>

I'm working on a HARDWARE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM that just
happens to encompass Intel/Microsoft/et al. Plug-and-Play.
It also encompasses PCI, EISA, PCMCIA, and even MCA (if anybody
wants to do it).

In fact, it applies to every platform - except for those
with hardware (no software of any kind) management.
