Etherexpress support appears broke...

I successfully moved from 1.2.13elf to 1.3.71 with no problems then
patched to 1.3.72 still no problems. Then I patched to 1.3.73 and at boot
up, the etherexpress driver casues an oops 0002 kernel paging error.

1.3.74 also does the same. I tryed the driver both as part of the kernel
and as a module with the same result, although as a module if I load it 4
times (unloading the non-initalized attemp) it would finally load and
actually work!

Did I break something here or is anyone else having this problem?
