pop mail for linux

Hello ,
I know that this is not the right place to ask such a question, but i really don't know
where to post this ...
so the question is :
Does anyone know about a good mail program that using pop protocol.
i know anout pine 3.91 which is not make me happy.
also if anyone know about the same but for x-window
