I recommend that everyone still having problems with sound in Linux
upgrade to sound driver version 3.5-beta11
(ftp.best.com/pub/front/tasd/tasd-3.5-beta11.tar.gz). If there still are
problems, please report them to me ASAP. I have planned to release final
3.5 version within two days if nobody doesn't report new problems.
