Up through 1.3.70 I got the following messages in syslog on every boot:

Mar 3 12:57:42 End_of_the_World sendmail[62]: NOQUEUE: SYSERR(root): /etc/sendmail.cf: line 0: cannot open: No such file or directory
Mar 3 16:18:47 End_of_the_World syslogd: exiting on signal 15

which is quite reasonable as I have mail about 10% configured.

But with 1.3.71 and 1.3.72 I am getting:

I am building with (essentially) the same configuration (I think). What is
causing this crushing load of error messages? All of the flurry does not
seem to make a difference in operation after the boot, but it IS
disquieting? Is there any more information that it would be helpful for me
to post? Thanks for any remedies, or even a placebo...

Harvey
