On a ISA 486DX-33, linux boot fails with more than 16Meg ram AND L2
cache enabled. With L2 disabled, boot of 1.2.11 proceeds as with < 16Meg.
Ooops 0002, unable to handle kernel null pointer dereference at c0000004,
System.map nominates _get_free_pages as the EIP.
This might be old news to most but murky to me. Any help?
