iBCS - How do I compile it for new kernels?

I have a slight problem with iBCS-I pulled down v1.3 of the source, and
have tried to compile it, with no success. Has anyone gotten this to
compile, and if so, how? Anyone who knows, please drop me an e-mail. I
really want to get this working - and yes, I know I usually won't need
it, but it might come in handy sometime...

Win95 isn't the problem - OS/2 and DOS are. Win95 is the answer.
