kerneld patch available for 1.3 kernels?

Recently I started looking at the kerneld stuff in modules-1.3.57.tar.gz
(I think - I will be upgrading to the new one tomorrow, anyhows).

The patch that must be applied to the kernel seems to be for the 1.2
series.

While I'm happy to tinker around and try to get it to work for 1.3, is
there a 1.3.x patch already available?
