1.3.70 breaks pcmcia 2.8.8

When I try to compile pcmcia 2.8.8 using the 1.3.70 source tree, 'make all'
fails due to a change in the header of 'request_irq'. I get two errors -
'imcompatible pointer type' for argument 2 and 'two few arguments'
