Has anyone gotten the Sony cdu33 (which uses the cdu31a driver) to work
as a module? When I try, I just get the following:
[root@woodruffn239 /] modprobe cdu31a
Initialization of cdu31a failed
[root@woodruffn239 /]
I'm assuming that it's not working because that cdrom driver cannot
autoprobe for base address and irq. However, I can't figure out how to
pass them to it if that's so, and looking through the code didn't say much.
Any ideas?

btw, great work on the last couple of kernels. 68 and 69 have been
really solid for me.
