Change the following Lines (the 64 is the default TTL in the IP code). This
is another thing which should be changed by sysctl.

/usr/src/linux/net/ipv4/
af_inet.c: sk->ip_ttl=64;
ip_input.c:struct ip_mib ip_statistics={1,64,}; /* Forwarding=Yes, Default TTL=64 */
ip_input.c:struct ip_mib ip_statistics={2,64,}; /* Forwarding=No, Default TTL=64 */
