I've noticed the following messages whenever a DIP session is disconnected:
==syslog==
dip[16718]: >>> Line disconnected
dip[16718]: DIP: tty: set_state: I/O error
dip[16718]: DIP: tty_close:tcsetattr(tty_saved): I/O error
This is nothing recent, I've just never though much about it before. I
can still connect just fine.
Also, I get the following message whenever I disconnect, printed to the
unregister_netdev: 'sl0' not found
I'm using Slackware 3 elf, gcc 2.7.0. The following:
kernel: CSLIP: code copyright 1989 Regents of the University of California
kernel: SLIP: version 0.8.4-NET3.019-NEWTTY-MODULAR (dynamic channels, max=256) (6 bit encapsulation enabled).
kernel: SLIP linefill/keepalive option.
Compiled as modules in kernel 1.3.68, DIP version 3.3.7n-uri.
Hope this means something to somebody :)
