Did you look at the .rej file to find out why it failed?

Often I find patches have failed because of modifications I have made to
my kernel source tree (other patches, my fixes for compilation failures
that are usually fixed in the next release anyway etc). Most of the time
it is easy to apply the rejected patch yourself manually. It may have just
encountered a line it didn't expect.

Having said that, if all you did to 1.3.61 was add the kernel patches 62-65,
then 66 should have worked... I have no idea if it does or not.

I really should get the whole source tree again and find out what the
differences are... hopefully nothing major. I had kerneld in before Linus
put it in the kernel; merging that patch was a nightmare.
