I am unable to start pppd (ppp-2.2.0 [both e and d]) or
dip (3.3.7i) under 1.3.68.I get the following errors in
my syslog:

with dip -
Feb 23 13:39:22 diamond dip[335]: DIP: tty: get_state: I/O error

with pppd -
Feb 23 13:40:12 diamond pppd[343]: tcgetattr: I/O error

Both work fine in 1.3.66. I have not tried 1.3.67.
