1.3.6[67] freezeup with diald

I've noticed that the 66 and 67 kernel freeze completely when diald tries
to end a ppp session: either because it received INT or because of idle
time-out.

Diald seems to run fine on 1.3.64.

I cannot login to the system via telnet or serial line, so I'm not sure
if the entire system hangs, or that it's only the keyboard on the console.
(And if I happen to be in X, the mouse is dead as well).
