Well, it does the usual "#include <linux/cdrom.h>".
The CDROM IOCTLs and user-accessible structs are defined there.

Of course, please send it to ALL the Linux CDROM driver writers. Our
IOCTLs have to be unique (and they are).

Did you really miss to inspect <linux/cdrom.h>?
