Aha. Another file within /proc that people want to have dynamic
permissions. This will be addressed in my forthcoming kernel patch. Apart
from making commands like the above chmod work properly, the patch will
also allow users to hide processes, or commandlines of processes, from
one another.
Any interested parites should mail me with ideas/requests to test the code.
