TOP/PS -gaux problems (and a fix)

Everyone's whining about the top/ps -gaux problems with floating point exemptions. The fix is to get the latest version of the PROCPS package. Search tsx-11 or any SUNsite mirror. PROCPS includes such wide used programs as xload, top, ps and others, which utilize the /proc filesystem which was changed from .57+ in the 1.3 series. (<sheepishly> I believe so. 8^) ) Anyways, that will fix it.
