A small plea from me...
I've seen a lot of "the problem" references when referring to things that
have been previously reported. This is akin to the "Error opening file"
message so prevalent in software...WHAT FILE??? WHAT PROBLEM???
PLEASE ensure that you are specific about WHAT problem you are referring to.
My memory ain't that good!
