The /dev/vsc* devices are relative new. IMHO they should be handled
like the associated /dev/tty*. My personal solution was to modify the
login program. The code to set the permissions of /dev/tty* was
duplicated to set the owner and mode of /dev/vcs* and /dev/vcsa* as well.
