I was wrong as I didn't read the /tmp/sleep example. I had the
impression that /tmp/sleep has been executed as root. Sorry. Of
course it is possible.

As to decency... don't get me wrong. Linux is the only system I used
in the last three years and I am quite addicted to it :-) It is not
just decent, it is great !
