Yep. Bet you've got an a.out system not converted for using ELF
binaries.

The command not found is the ELF /lib/ld.so.* binary.

Get your hands on the ELF howto. Converting a system to use it is
fairly simple -- as long as you follow the howto closely. Just having
your kernel compiled for ELF support is not enough - you need the
libraries too.
