Service freeze

Excuse this posting if you have already recieved it, but just in case
the list service didnt get it.

I've been having problems with the development kernels after 1.3.20.

When a remote dialup user on a modem access something that requires
buffering, ie (a large mail pop or an intensive web page), the
server side freezes the communications.

I am running:

p100 pci 16megs Elf and p100 pci 32megs
ge2000 ge2000

Any ideas??
