Hi gang,
I had the same problem and posted a mail about it a week ago but the list
seems to be dead.
In 1.3.37 the file pci.c has been changed, well, only two definitions; 294X
and 2940. Now they are 7870 and 7871 (the pci chips not the model of the
controller. It's cleaner). But aic7xxx.c is using the old defs. (294X and
2940) I changed the defs. in aic7xxx.c (*not* in pci.c) and I could
compile the kernel. The kernel is up and running but I don't know if
these little changes had "side effects".
