Disk Quota Support ?

I have just installed the Disk Quota Utillities (sunsite:quota-acct.tgz)
with kernel 1.2.11. The Kernel patch throws away many lines of sourcecode
in the fs dir. I not shure but it looks like the patched kernel ignores some
enhanced access rights.

Is there a disk quota kernel patch for 1.2.11 which is better adjusted to
the fs source ?

Does someone work on a disk qouota support for kernel 1.3.x ?
