I'm trying to install the latest kernel, but it seems the 1.3 hierarchy
needs an additional update to system software. Can anyone tell me what's
required? As far as I know /bin/setterm looks for a 'linux' termcap entry.
I don't know how to get that entry. And /usr/bin/setfont installs the new
font to be invisible, i.e. each character looks like a blank.
I noticed that 1.3.5 (I didn't check 1.3.6 yet) is able to go with umsdos
again, but the module didn't compile. Where's the problem?
Thanks for any answer
Michael
