It took me forever to fix this problem. ATI's tech support *should*
have the required info in their database (now).
Add the following line to the card definition in your config file:
option "no_block_write"
The problem appears to fix my WinTurbo cards. The ProTurbo cards work
fine without the hack. So did a VLB Xpression card. Go figure.
