[PATCH 0/2] perf/x86/amd: Update generalized events

Update mappings for some generalized hardware (PERF_TYPE_HARDWARE)
events. This includes changes to the stalled-cycles-* events and the
addition of the ref-cycles events based on the core microarchitecture.
