I'll remove the MMF_THP_DISABLE flag check in
collect_mm_slot().

Thanks for your suggestion! It makes sense to change
hpage_collapse_test_exit() to hpage_collapse_test_exit_or_disable()
in hugepage_vma_revalidate().
