Can we move the 'select IRQ_DOMAIN' under CONFIG_IRQCHIP
then and remove the individual selects from the irqchip
drivers? It looks like CONFIG_OF (other than sparc) now
unconditionally enables OF_IRQ and IRQCHIP anyway.
