[PATCH v5 2/3] dt-bindings: iio: light: Avago APDS9306

Adding device tree support for APDS9306 Ambient Light Sensor.
Updating datasheet hyperlinks.
Adding interrupt definition macro and header file.
Adding vdd-supply property.
